Website Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Discount Socials’ website (“Website”) and engaging in any services provided by Discount Socials. By accessing or using the Website and/or signing up for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Website or use the services.
Refunds: Discount Socials does not offer any refunds whatsoever for its services. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your services with Discount Socials, you must provide written notice to support@discountsocials.com at least 10 days before your anniversary billing date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription for the following billing cycle.
Billing and Payments: By signing up for Discount Socials’ services, you authorize us to bill your credit card on file each month on the anniversary billing date. In the event that the payment fails or is declined, Discount Socials reserves the right to immediately pause any ongoing work until a successful payment is made.
Social Media Accounts and Data: Upon cancellation of your services, Discount Socials will disconnect any and all social media accounts you have onboarded. Additionally, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased. Discount Socials shall not be responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from the cancellation of services.
Phone Call Strategy Sessions: Phone call strategy sessions are available at an hourly rate of $99, with a minimum of one hour per session. These sessions are separate from the regular services offered by Discount Socials and will be billed separately. Payment for phone call strategy sessions is due at the time of booking.
Service Start Date: Discount Socials’ services officially commence on the day you sign up and the on-boarding process begins. Please note that the start date does not correspond to the first post made by Discount Socials on your behalf.
Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Discount Socials, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, and software, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any materials provided by Discount Socials without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability: Discount Socials shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or services provided. This limitation of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theories.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Discount Socials and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or services or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Discount Socials is registered. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Amendments: Discount Socials reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
